And imagine that there is nothing they can possibly convey to the shareholders ,all the while imagine that the share price has not slid to half with out a word from Walt baby !!

I think it would be an unfortunate breach of the free speech of the board for this new poster to get run off, sends an unpleasent message to readers out there.
It would seem to me this micro-democracy needs to be allowed to grow a little robustness.
