#6786 RE: Ultimaratioregum #6785

What does it say about a company who would not have cash on hand were it not for share holders? Seems to say they cannot be profitable in the business they do if they are relying on shareholders to prop them up. What does it say about a business who will not allow shareholders a vote unless they held shares prior to February 2? Seems to say they knew full well with the high volume given the past few days that 90% of shareholders had traded repeatedly these past few days therefore would not qualify to vote. What does it say about a company who does not give a cash option on warrants but instead allows them to dump tons of shares into the market literally destroying their stock value and wiping away the investment of their shareholders? It all says they don't give a flip about shareholders, the very people who obviously kept them in business. This trash belongs on pink tickets where stuff like this is done every day.... not on the Nasdaq! I see absolutely nothing reputable about this business!
