I hope the deal wont be delayed due to the higher pog.
I think the chance is very high, that Banro now wants a better deal.
Hope it doesnt end like the deal with Gold Holding last year.

As you can see the date is 3/22/2016 not the 29th. This is off of the NYSE website. The PR was putout on the 29th. As I read it, It is consecutive days so on the opening Tuesday we will have 4 days. We have all been complaining about it being held back over the last few weeks maybe this was on purpose to cause a coil spring effect. Everything is set up for it the charts,the volume, the price of Gold, News coming. Maybe management is not so dispondent to us after all and actually had a plan to support the price. We will see

I believe this issue becomes irrelevant with the closing of the financing deal. Outstanding shares would then be around 300 million and the market cap at .20 would be 60 million which is well over the requirement. Provided that deal closes within the next week they should avoid the delisting.
