Speaking of Girardin I think we're going to be getting some news sooner than I was anticipating. Been receiving screenshots from members on the board of FB conversations with hpb and emails from Joe among my own responses that I've personally gotten. I didn't pay my subscription for this month so I can't pm. You've been talking to Blake I sent all of them to him you can ask him or ask him for my number.

TBEV Market cap BS means nothing
A market cap in pinkies with all the shares sold for cash and over 5 million in debt means nothing it is artificial only and if a RS happens they have no more shares to sell so it will be diluted even more thus bringing the market cap much lower .So market caps in pinkies mean absolutely nothing but a artificial number.Do DD and you will see just that and of course common sense.
No shares to sell no money no s1 filing and where is that so called amended filing we have heard so much about from the insiders.
The street info is the insiders will be named when this thing goes south .imo

Will the toxic debt go "poof?" Look for new toxic debt to be added to those that are already in default in the next 10Q, there's going to be some new ones, watch and see.
