I have been reading and re reading. Not sure at this moment. As of right now:
Immediately after giving effect to the Transactions, our issued and outstanding securities on the closing of the Transactions is as follows:

• 400,000,000 shares of Common Stock;

• 9,685,306 shares of Series B Preferred Stock;

• New Options to purchase 1,707,744 shares of Series B Preferred Stock at an average exercise price of approximately $0.66 per share granted under the 2006 Plan;

• Predecessor Options to purchase 17,784 shares of Series B Preferred Stock at an exercise price of $1.25 per share issued to holders of Atrinsic

I'm holding a lot more. Would like to break even.
