why do you think and post that nasdaq will halt vpco for ever? how did you derive that conclusion....the investigation right now has to do with the proxy vote at the last meeting....51% of shareholders voted against vpco from raiseing the a/s from 500 million to 5 billion....shareholders voted NO!!!!! VPCO went and did it anyway.
