pres- i am thinking UAE is part of the Saudi insider group.The Gulf states per say. Iraq, has expressed willingness, as well as Russia, Iran. and Saud play chicken and will have to find a way to agree to disagree. Too much politically at stake for them to look Weak
They will talk through thier allies , Russia for Iran maybe even Iraq, and UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain Quatar stick together.
All my guess not even a real opinion.
it seems so simple a 5% production cut and a 50% increase in profits.
