Sort of understand that, but if the process is Kodiak requests the shares with funny paper work, transfer agent would have to know paperwork was funny, then TA issues to Kodiak,(Is it TA's responsibility to inform company?) who gives to BMAK. Would they have to know to be held liable? UNLESS they continued after RXSF alerted them to stop. Looking for a generic answer on process. Thank You
