Dear Richard,
Let me first say that I realize that everyone is anxious right. I
have told you what I know about the situation. No matter how many
times you ask about the reverse split, I will give you the same answer
because it's the truth. MLMD is a different company, with different
requirements and it not comparable in the context that you stated.
Please remember that there is a lot of time to kill on the message
boards, and when nothing goes on, it gives people time to concoct all
kinds of theories. There is no conspiracy other than our desire to
make IPRE a success.
Since we are privy to what goes on with the company day to day, we are
much more confident than those who just blindly speculate. Keep in
mind that to my knowledge no investors predicted the reverse split,
the dividend, the forward split, the cell phone deal, Never Submit, us
acquiring MLMD etc, etc right before they happened. So while
investors on IHUB and other boards (which is a small percentage of our
overall shareholder base) may think they can run our business better
than we can, they have no idea about what is coming any more than they
did about what was coming in the past.
We will always update our shareholders when there is news to tell.
As I have always stated, we have a long-term agenda for this company,
and we are focused on building it long term. There is no mystery
about that.
On an unrelated note, I am in the process of starting heavy
pre-production duties on "Never Submit" and "Whiskers" as well as
other confidential matters that will become time intensive over the
next few weeks. As a result I will have to cut down on my time
responding to yours and others daily concerns. I believe that
shareholders would like me to focus on building the company and value,
rather than spending my time talking about it. I ask that investors
respect my time at this time as we are entering the next phase for our
projects as expressed in recent PR's.
