Tmmi seems to have positioned it pieces around the board for the last year or so and is ready to make its move....

Idk jay interesting that ,the Tmmi defendant ,dimension inc hasn't had an update since August to announce a member to the advisory board and before that it was June...

You bring up again the millions of dollars in assets you've mentioned before, and treated as money in the bank. Look again. This was comprised in the balance sheet of costs spent on development of the VDK under licence, and the costs of the lawsuit. These are the assets listed. This has been pointed out previously. Anyone who isn't wilfully blind can see this.

I see nothing wrong with the books reflecting value based on what the company was willing to spend. But now that the lawsuit is about to be dropped and development on VDK discontinued, these figures no longer seem applicable. I think you'll have to wait until March for a sense of how Tmmi now values its assets.
