the nasdaq halted VPCO...not the SEC....nasdaq probably found out VPCO was selling unregisted securities and nasdaq doesnt allow the buying and selling of unregistered securities.....vpco may be ordered to buy back the shares they sold that werenot registerd...this share price would go to a few cents a share if that happens
