Usually a pos stock is pumped or allowed to run before it gets halted. VPCO is the pos of pos's. Being a pump and dump would have been a huge step up. This was a dump and dump.

VPCO Trade it dont marry it. HEAVY dilution as in VPCO or any other ticker often results in No bounce plays...These play was a great short play all the way to the bottom.
