Back in cide optimization mode AGAIN and that's called progress!

It was called progress when we were optimizing Dengue and now it's dead.

Ok so this time they really mean it. No problem. When can we expect these newly signed labs to begin testing product? Or is this another "we've got someone to test it if we were ever able to make it" situation once again? Because we've heard that crap before.
