Look up the definition of "liquidity" as it relates to the stock market and your confusion may be addressed.

When a stock is heavily and serially diluted it becomes illiquid when the market will no longer support any further selling and goes no bid. No or low volume means it is illiquid..it is not easily tradable anymore....for sellers especially.

Two clues....

1. The volume for a month is dollars...
2. The OS/AS increasing in billions over months, while regular market volume is lack there of...
