Your points are a bit of a stretch. The fact that they said they should have funding in 6 months makes me feel like the can is being kicked down the road. However, I am invested here and have to hope this company is successful.
There was one key snippet I kind of forgot which does make me feel better. The 250+ page memo is supposed to be on their website now. I'll give it a read this weekend and see how I feel. Holding for now.
