Not that simple...and in this case, it's going to take a lot longer than 2 weeks. No auditor will sign off on any SEC filing unless they have complete information with numbers. As you know, Mike had to hunt down past financial info between Toronto and Calgary. On the bright side, since TA is reporting outstanding, at least they have run down on the notes and shares.
$GLDG a week or two to do financials for the OTC? I could bang these financials out in an hour, a couple hours tops if i wanted too. May be more of a $$$$ issue paying to get current with the OTC than anything.
OTC fillings are a joke and by anyone in the financial industry or especially a CPA could get them done in an hour or two if that was their focus. JMO.
