Gerald hasn't spoken the truth to us or isn't able to run a company as a proper CEO should do! He showed me one thing he loves himself very much. He should be ashamed or step down.
Just ask yourself, do you gonna believe him as he is going to predict again about the bright future there is lying ahead for AMBS? No fairy tails anymore I think this time the Market want to see facts first. As long as Gerald can't provide the Market with real numbers. The fact more shares been dropped on the Market means also that he has problems with his timeline. It tells me that it will gonna take much longer to bring the " bloodtest" to the Market, that it takes much longer to bring AMBS to the level of being self supported. That it isn't that easy and takes much more time to find a partner or to find investors prepared to put their money in!

That's the main reason why the SP drops and makes it so easy to dilute the SP. I told it earlier the SP will drop below the $0.10 and hopefully that's the bottum line. For the moment there is absolute no reason for the SP to seak the way up. The Market wants to see real value first!
