"Definitive agreement" means nothing. Definitive doesn't mean certain to happen. It just means all details have been agreed to.

Pennyland definitive agreements tend to have all sorts of escapes such as obtaining financing. But you see that phrase all the time with P&Ds because dumb players confuse "definitive" with "definite."

Too bad there aren't many wet-behind-the-ears Pennyland newbies these days. This pump was really quite feeble, and probably not profitable.
