Once the deal takes place, I'm sure we won't disappointed.
When Kim says 'it's never been done before' , imo it doesn't mean just some kind of deal allowing them to buy a farm over there....
The higher the dtakes, the more stringent the rules/contracts....,

And from what I've learned: not a matter of 'if', just a matter of 'when', and this is getting close every day!!!
