Thanks Rain (and others). No, I missed it, but it does make me consider putting in some low bids GTC that might be triggered by such insanity. And i think the very low volume lends weight to your thesis that it won't take much to move share price.....

I cut back my position considerably, expecting to be able to pick up shares more cheaply in the 1.30's area. The fact that it is holding 1.40's to 1.50's post the "let's go to trial" DTV response is encouraging to me, because I expected it to drop further. Yes, no immediate catalyst either way. I agree that new director could be a good thing. At this point, I may consider a course of slow accumulation, hoping to catch the shorts' attempted raids.....
