Go back and read what I wrote about property. To encapsulate: They are aware that all casinos are Canadian govt. owned. They think the land is a great investment. In addition, we can lease it to casino operator (govt.), develop commercially, or flip. Either way only 750 ft from Toyota is a nice big plot.
