Austin...it's also interesting that a shareholder meeting date has not been provided yet. Given that 30 day advanced notification of a meeting is required, as of today the earliest they could have a meeting would be mid-late August. That's as late as any meeting in recent memory. My guess is they know they'd better have something definitive to present (i.e. funding) or they risk a face-to-face shareholder revolt and less than stellar proxy results. I realize they have all the votes necessary under their control to do whatever they please, so in the end, independent shareholder sentiment means little in the greater scheme of things, but still, no one likes to be embarrassed or to sweat through their suit coat during a presentation because of an antagonistic audience. I pray they get funding or move ahead in such a way that warrants a positive shareholder meeting for all involved, and dare I say, soon.
FYI - I too have contacted Brad by email recently (last 7-10 days) and rec'd no reply. Anyone know if he's on vacation or traveling abroad? I hope the reason he's not replying as he normally does is because he's working on something "important" - something like funding, landing a strategic partnership, or selling the technology outright for a couple bucks - literally.
