Thanks very much. I had read about that but didn't fully understand why it would create the 'plunge'. Looking at taking a position this morning...do you think it's a good time for a position, or should I wait a few more days?

Did the last two offering get "obsorbed" quickly? No, they caused another 20% drops each.

All this worthless CEO is doing is dropping the price for another RS as he did the same 5 years ago when this was ANX.

My concern here was the testing not the money, but now as others can see tests are non existent, institutions are writing this off, and the scam is idenified.

I have requested my broker to verify info I reported and turn this worthless clown of a CEO in as a fraud.

He has credit in the last 5 years of 1 RS, 4 offerings, a company name change to hide deceptions, share count tripling, a lose of over 90% of stock value, increasing his own salary from $80 thousand to $310 thousand, and in that time has never had one successful product. And there are pumper here that have no investment whatsoever that do nothing but praise him ...... pathetic, no spine, or backbone.
