Hi Tom

Looking at the pre market, it looks like I should have waited a day to buy.

I dont understand this market, I usually think of the market peaking and turning down when interest rates peak and there is a first rate CUT. Does this market make any sence to you?

Only thing I own that is going up in my account is SLW. I hope it keeps going up so I can cycle some of its funds into the other beaten down securities I own.

Re Biotech, I used to own IBB when it was on its move up and using Don Carlson's ladder method it sold out. It was a similar method to LD-AIM in that it had a finite sales and then you'd be out.

At this point I'm more into style rather than sector ETFs as the periods of the sector cycles are very long and I no longer have the patience. The style ETFs are safer IMO. The two sectors I still own are IYE and IYZ.
