That's exactly my thoughts. $4mln market cap is absolutely fair current evaluation imo based on numbers already shown.
The fact that current OS 25M is so low makes it absolutely crazy and very rare in otc because to get that fair market cap @$4mln, pps would have to be @$0.16 !!!
