Please keep in mind that the option you are talking about is 1 of 3 options, that the company(CVSU)may determine to take. It's also possible that they will decide to leave everything alone and let the stock price be determined by the market. There are options here. Whatever Rufus told may indeed be true but not neccessarily how this will play out.
No matter what option is used, I believe that there is a lot of value here. How much? I don't know how the market will react but I do believe that it is worth quite a bit more than the 15 to 30 cent levels of the past few days.
If it's looks like it's too good to be true, it usually is. Not at all saying that what you say is not what he said, but it's something that I/ME have to confirm for myself. It's not something that I can believe until I actually hear it with my own ears, and I certainly mean NO disrespect to you in any way. Just watching out for my own pennies, and I'm glad that YOU understand that.
