I have a feeling RXII will have the same fate as OCAT - a lowball buyout ($1-2 per share) which will be great for newer investors but a let down for older ones, even with respect to the potential of the company alone. I hope that does not happen. But if PPS doesn't get above Nasdaq listing requirements soon and there's no partner, that might very well be the ultimate fate. Not being pessimistic here as I've held RXII for over 4 years. As you invest in more and more biotechs you learn lessons from each one and learn to manage expectations.
