You don't seem to understand what toxic death spiral convertibles are and how many NBRI has. It is DEAD. Right now, NBRI's already issued toxic death spiral convertibles convert into over 24 BILLION new common shares. That is correct - 24 BILLION new common shares that can be dumped into the float right now.
It doesn't really matter what gold does, since NBRI has no gold anyway. But even if they did, those 24 BILLION new common shares have doomed NBRI forever. It is DEAD. That is why they call those floorless convertibles TOXIC. They kill every company that issues them, and NBRI is no exception.
