I don't have time to find links, but, I highly doubt they'd lie to the court. There must be a reason for the acquisition dates being the same.

Best guess would have something to do with the merger or acquisition in 2008 requiring a transfer of shares between transfer agents. The shell started out as Econo...something or another. I don't know the full history, but, I don't see them lying to the court. And, whatever the case, it's obvious that those two were well aware of Cellceutix if they held shares.

He was also one of the founding shareholders since Cellceutix came into existence in 2008 and he held shares that same year.
