NO PROOF of even one "illegal share" sold. Lots of proof of illegal activities and dumping of dilution shares by Den members though.

The CDIV CEO flat out admitted in public that there were no significant shares short in CDIV..

and promoter Monk was caught by the SEC and DOJ with receiving millions upon millions of CDIV common shares from CDIV and selling them into the market while telling other stockholders that he wasn't selling anything...

geesh

What I know is that many non existent shares were sold to folks by brokerage firms that pocketed investors funds and ignored their fiduciary duties. Now that is criminal. Go CDIV!!!

CDIV was a "Float Lock Down" SCAM... via PUMP and DUMPERzzz... that thought they could "work as a team" to artificialy run a stock up and dump it on others ... and they did... where are they? ... they were here tellin' people to buy as high as .72... later on it came out they were actually sellin' while tellin' others to buy...

Why don't you tell us how you know this?

FINRA doesn't know this.

The SEC doesn't know this.

Law enforcement doesn't know this.

Seems like this is very secret information...
