The filings are just a tease. They are diluting big time. Redwood will dump and you wont have a leg to stand on. Save your profits before it dissappears. Its going back to the .06 area again.
Read the filing very very carefuly. Dated September 4 2015. Those shares were already issued at .12. Look at the chart during such times when pps went to .12s and higher. This ammendment will confuse a lot of people.
Do not get confused w Feb 8 2016. That is only saying that as of that date, Global Ichiban owns 4.7% of common stock.
The share count now has significantly increased. Redwood has not even began dumping the shares yet.
