Folks, I'm as excited as anyone here, but the 8K does NOT say that. IF that is true, it's not true because it is stated in the 8K. I'm NOT trying to burst any bubbles here, but I think there is a misunderstanding here. 2.6 ONLY applies to CVSU, as stated therein. "The Company" = CVSU, as per the definitions given in the 8K Merger agreement. "Company Shares" = CVSU shares, per the definitions of the Merger Agreement.
I believe we have a misunderstanding here, although I also hope not, but I believe there's glitch, and NOT saying that you're not reporting your understanding of the conversation.
Don't get me wrong, I think we're getting ready to fly. I just don't think they're gonna cough up $15 for my FHAL shares. IF they would do that, you'd never see me again. LOL Don't think we'll be trading at $15 in 2 weeks either.
I will personally call Mr. Harris Monday morning. I'll take solid notes of the questions asked and his answers. I can still type about 60-70 WPM, so I'm usually pretty close on actual verbage. Comes with 25+ years of going to trial.
Again, not doubting that there was an interpretation of what was said, but I want the exact words of what Mr. Harris says. That's what I'LL pass along to you.
