Any businessman knows that reputation with your customers, suppliers and employees is worth more than your entire liquid net worth. A smart businessman guards it with his life.

Really? Thinking about it, I'd guess there far more than just a few "real" business PERSONS who may not ascribe to the notion they "guard their reputations with there life"! OMG! And "reputation...is worth more than your entire liquid net worth"! Again, REALLY? How about those also having "ill-liquid net worth", like a house or car or a boat? There are a huge number of business PERSONS, with rather tenuous reputations that seem to be getting along just fine! I can't say that Schramm and XLIT are in this category, but there are a whole bunch of CEO's overseeing very shaky penny stock companies with no business, no prospects for business, no assets, and no revenue, but these eminently qualified CEO's seem to have a pretty nice life style and from all reports are able to sleep just fine on most nights!
