I think the point he/she was trying to make is that they haven't yet started trying to demonstrate success in humans.

Which I guess I have to agree with. They haven't even started, the fact that they have put Flucide on hold for at least 12 months while they try and optimize the herpecide in order to take it to the FDA for Toxicology requirements should not be construed as a complete change of focus and restarting of the process from scratch. It should be seen as NOW they have a winner and NOW they have a clearer and shorter path to market.

Forget everything they said before about rabies, Dengue, HIV, Flu...THIS time it's different.

Oh, and you can ignore the Tox and clinical complications that ocular treatments trigger...this is topical and topical is easier and faster.

Sounds even more silly when I say it out loud.

They keep saying they have enough cash to get a drug to human trials.

Because they do,.... unlike many 'biowrecks' this particular company has no significant short to medium-term liquidity issues. One of the reasons I think they are in a pretty good place right now.

They just never actually do it.

Yet,.... but things are moving forward quite nicely now,....

That's failure to perform in my book and explains the stock price.

On this point we are at least partially in agreement. However, it also means that once performance is no longer viewed as 'the issue',... they are in a very good place to move up.

Solid cash position & with no need to raise additional capital for at least a year, possibly two. Also not that much debt,...

Two drug candidates leading the way, with at least one with high probability of hitting clinical testing before the end of 2016.

Own their own fully equipped manufacturing facility with trained staff.

Gotta love the potential with the next year or two,.... although it's going to be a slow slog through 2016 to get there.

But I remain a patient (and well positioned) guy!
