I believe the last PR said all parties agreed to a settlement. Not sure that settlement covered ALL suits. Nothing has been released since. The Rosen law firm still has my active case number but no further information as of last month.
"We are currently processing the claim forms that have been submitted. Once all claims have been processed, we will prepare our final reports for the Court to issue the distribution order. We do not have a date at this point. Claims processing does take time."
