"Energy savings..." summarizes that the results had expended less energy to achieve the same load conditions. "27% - 30%..." qualifies the amount of reduction of expended energy.

It is worded in a way which, if the emphasis is placed on the order of the words "less energy savings..." it might mean that the CSRV had less savings. But this emphasis is faulty because it implies that standard units ALSO had savings, which makes zero sense because standard units ARE the point of comparison, the control in the statement.

Bottom line: CSRV does it cleaner and saves 27% - 30% energy... imagine going 30% further on every tank of gas?
