While on the subject of viewing the pages I noticed the memorandum of law supporting motion dismissal was a 37 page document. At first glance, I thought too many pages were filed since permission was given for 30 pages.

The Memorandum of Law in support of dismissal is only 30 pages. It's followed by the Certificate of Service.

Now, to find a link that all can read.
