Good idea I believe. A/S is only 300 million shares here which means that conversion of stock will be minimal. An $8 million patent acquisition is huge. Looks like the company has been working on this for some time. What I like is that it's a done deal, not a foray as with most OTC announcements. I believe there will be some large follow ups soon. Digging for some more info now, and will pay as I get it. Good luck.
