The sleeper aspect in LODE is the Virginia City real estate. Either the land or the gold mines are for free, with LODE you only have to pay for 1 of the 2 assets at current value. Think that is why it has taken off.

BTW CLGRF is being discovered now, looks like will be $1 soon Its the company that does everything right, almost broke and .12 a couple of years ago.
