The float is probably close to the O/S

no evidence of the 2 or 3 insider's owning any shares

the way thing's worked before,most of the share's were created when Note Holder's converted some of the money owed them into share's of the stock.This is where the dilution has come from
We may still be in a period of dilution,but at least the near and long term outlook with the addition of Atmosphere Global is much better then at any time previous,and dilution will slow down.
