wow..? Your analysis is WRONG!,, There is no buyback here!!!!! NONE!!!! Frost has over 1.4 Billion dollars of the stock in a family trust!!!! The shares he buys and shows on the form 4s..... ARE not a buy back!!!

Any analyst will tell you insiders..... Buying is a good thing!!!!! not Some scheme to make their options worth more....LOL...... FROST ISN'T selling stock or earned options...
