Marina, IMHO, they will postpone or stay the infringement allegations and their related court dates until the patents complete the PTAB review that is underway. I learned the process when Paid Inc. filed against eBay for patent infringement. eBay responded by trying to invalidate/challenge the patents issued by the USPTO so they had to be reviewed and subjected to the SCOTUS Alice 101 rulings. What we are saying mirrors that same process we saw with Paid vs eBay. Paid lost all 89 claims in the PTAB review and has filed an appeal to be decided on by mid-June 2016. Thanks.
