MattySr, Times or anyone. As bad as I am reading this situation does anyone know what position the employee of this company or better yet the union would or could defend the equity shareholder with knowing that shares are held buy such? I know the shareholders of ANR have agreed within the last year to concessions. Could the union step up against a total 'wipe out' of the employee (as well us) as common shareholders by these folks who are trying to get the company on the cheap? I am just trying to figure this out from the last few posts..Thanks anyone!
