Actually, the rules in basic manufacturing to retail is this.

On a .99 retail the retailer needs .35 of the sale.

The company now has .64 remaining of each sale.

Out of that comes basic costs of freight and materials.

On each of these cups I see less than .01 in freight, cup at .03 and ingredients being about .03 -.05.

Pretty normal cost structures on an item like this.

Like to see the waters hit stores soon. Cups are for a certain niche, but waters seem to be more marketable if done right.
