The problem with that is there are no good things that will drive the pps up except some kind of major deal. Sure they get core business and make some money but obviously not enough. Without a major deal as in 200/300 million plus I believe we sit right where we are. That is is not negative just a fact. Just look at historical prices and it is obvious.
If it is not Niger it needs to be one or at least a few multi million dollar contracts in short succession.
