I don't think it's a new financing deal, I think it's the debt spiral and the shares being converted so the can double their money. YA probably realizes that they aren't going to get paid back, so they might as well try to get it in the open market. I believe that is why they are no longer posting financials...it would only show the world how bad it's been getting diluted by issuing more shares and debt being converted with highly discounted shares. This is my opinion only, but it's pretty sad that they sent out the letter telling us to contact them, but there wasn't anything announced. They were looking to raise more money with new shares. It's sad to see how this company has been poorly run. Again, IMO only
