Giovanni, please remember that's 4 years of operating capital. How quick will that cash expire if they have to litigate? I hope they just pick a few and settle QUICKLY and take their time once their reserves warrant it...but not right now.

The more settlements they have under their belt in the beginning the easier it's going get down the road.

I just think once they start the litigating process others are going to take them on as well. Like I said ( to me) it made no sense for ZTE to fight but they did and while they spend millions between them Google they crippled VRNG financially. If other companies take the same posture how long do you think that 21.5 Mil is gonna last?

I agree with you. Oe question, everyone keeps talking about lawyer fees. Doesnt the loser of the case pay those fees + court fees? And Huawei, who i presume we will we go after, holds around 25% of the network infrastructure market. I know some governments started going anti chinese based businesses in that market ( because they were afraid of them spying) when i stopped paying attention to that market. But Huawei was the second largest in market share. Ericsson being #1. Nokia may have jumped to #2 since ive looked. But lets just say they hold 25% of the market and that zte held 5%. If they go off the same rates thatd be over 100 million dollars. And i think $70 after nokia gets theres.

To those who say vringo wont go after others, i think the idea of that is stupid. We got one of the minor players. As an investor i hope we go after more. A win over Huawei would be huge for this company.
