You have to scroll down a bit more. Its under "SEC Filings", with the most recent dated Jan 14th 2016.

I've noticed that the share structures detailed on that website is sometimes lacking on either O/S, A/S, or the Float. In these cases Yahoo or my broker program fill that gap.
