No - I don't believe so. Very few people got any .0002s at the end of 2015 and most of the .0003s were picked up by longs. Very few opportunist flippers would have dared bid for .0002 or hit the ask for .0003 in 4Q 2015 when there was just a chance it might have gone to .0001 x .0002.
