I have to agree with that. It doesn't mean it will take the entire 71 days though.

Back in December someone called UMS and they said the merger would close in February. This was a plan all along to close it when it did with the filing released on 2.2.16 showing the merger was closed.

I hope we see a filing this week but IMO it will be the 10k. Just a guess.
